Getting fit

Today I went to the gym for the first time with my good friend heather and I must say I really enjoyed it, we went for the induction where a bloke takes u round all the machines and tells you how to use them correctly for about half an hour and then we were free to use the machines so we stayed for an hour and worked up a good sweat.........
I highly recommend going if you want something constructive and good for u to do for a few hours of the week, they even had Tv's to watch and headphone jacks for music/tv's on every machine which is a nice touch.

I've also brought a badminton racket which arrived today which I wish came earlier in the week coz i also played doubles badminton earlier in the week and ............well I'm sure I dont need to say who won but I'll tell u anyway me and rach. leaving rob and jess losing all 3 games

P.s. I typed all this without looking at the keyboard.......ok it did take double the time but i'm getting faster
P.p.s Does the music on my space work in anyone else's firefox? coz mine dont but will in explorer

Well not much has been happening over the last few days, I done boring things like do abit to the garden and tinker with my car which is now running again at last!!

So I've just added some more random pics mainly from New Years Eve and Xmas (06)

Another days passed

Another days passed in the world.....

Got a lift back home in a cop car today after I was driving home from lincoln and the throttle cable snapped about 4miles from home......what a bummer, luckerly a passing copper stopped and took me and a few mates home!!
The good thing that came out of it was a mate is a member of the AA and they will fix ANY car that he's a driver or passanger of, so he rang them up and just made out that he was with us, so got the car fixed for free!! (rememeber that one peeps)

p.s. Hav'nt heard anything from my mate today that possibly got comtaminated with H5N1, i'll give him till 2moro before worrying

Hiya Everyone,

Well I've decided to give it abit of an update with a few pics from the archive's.

Got a new 3 piece suite today with a footstoll, well I say new but it was second hand but it was FREE and in good nick!!! At last all my furniture match's and its pretty comfy too!!

Something wierd Happened today too while me and a mate were moving the new suite into my house, apon bringing in the last piece I noticed a dead dove under the bench outside so i turned round to say to my mate "Hey look theres a...................TWO bloody dead doves in my garden" with the other one still in flight pose floating in my pond........Whats that all about??? I suspected H5N1 (bird flu) but my mate said "naaaa doubt it" and with that picked it up and threw it over the fence.......VERY STRANGE!!! *update* mate still seems fine after 3hours of possible contamintion.

Oh and if anyone needs a spare chair i have one going, if not then i'll have to get the axe to it......
