Chris's space

Today I went to the gym for the first time with my good friend heather and I must say I really enjoyed it, we went for the induction where a bloke takes u round all the machines and tells you how to use them correctly for about half an hour and then we were free to use the machines so we stayed for an hour and worked up a good sweat.........
I highly recommend going if you want something constructive and good for u to do for a few hours of the week, they even had Tv's to watch and headphone jacks for music/tv's on every machine which is a nice touch.

I've also brought a badminton racket which arrived today which I wish came earlier in the week coz i also played doubles badminton earlier in the week and ............well I'm sure I dont need to say who won but I'll tell u anyway me and rach. leaving rob and jess losing all 3 games

P.s. I typed all this without looking at the keyboard.......ok it did take double the time but i'm getting faster
P.p.s Does the music on my space work in anyone else's firefox? coz mine dont but will in explorer
